Katherine O'Neal

Ms. O’Neal has handled a broad range of litigation matters on behalf of business clients of all sizes, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, products liability, unfair competition, professional negligence, product defects, and insurance coverage.

Ms. O’Neal provides employment-law services for our clients.   She counsels and advises employers on a full range of employment-related issues including drafting and enforcing personnel policies, creating employee handbooks, employee discipline and termination matters, internal investigations of alleged discrimination and harassment, responding to administrative investigations, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. She has handled employment discrimination lawsuits involving claims of wrongful termination and employment discrimination based on gender, pregnancy, disability, race and age.

Ms. O’Neal holds a BA from Indiana University and JD from the University of Michigan.
